Stacie’s real estate practice focuses on the acquisition, finance, development, and sale of improved and unimproved real property for commercial, retail, industrial and residential purposes. In addition, Stacie specializes in representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of office, commercial, retail, and industrial leases. Her varied real estate experience also includes negotiating general construction contracts, subcontracts, owner/architect agreements, and other owner/consultant agreements. Finally, Stacie has experience representing lenders and borrowers in many types of financing transactions, including complex, multi-state financing arrangements and securitized loan pools.
