Gorrell Giles PC was formed in 2003 by four partners who left a large practice to establish a boutique firm dedicated to providing sophisticated counsel in real estate, finance, banking and lending, and tax. The firm consists of four attorneys, who work as a coordinated and responsive team in representing developers, investors, title insurance companies and other clients in all aspects of real estate development and finance, including complex ownership structuring and tax planning.  Our clients’ projects include commercial, medical, industrial, residential, resort, mixed use and condominium developments throughout the United States and in Mexico.  We are also uniquely qualified to provide counsel to numerous in-state and out-of-state lenders in their real property and commercial lending activities, as well as work outs and restructure of distressed loans and projects.
